I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and took care of an oil change that my car desperately needed. Mitchell was especially helpful—he provided excellent customer service and even gave me a great discount, which I really appreciated. I also didn’t catch the young lady’s name at the front desk, but she was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. While I was waiting, I overheard the staff helping another customer who urgently needed repairs completed by the following morning. Without hesitation, the team worked to accommodate their situation and made it happen. Seeing that level of dedication really speaks to the kind of business they are. It’s reassuring to know there’s an auto shop that genuinely cares about its customers and treats every vehicle with the care and attention it deserves. I highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and customer-focused service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

I appreciate that I was able to be seen so quickly on Saturday for a 2nd opinion. I was told by the dealership I needed to get both my front and rear brake/rotors replaced. Brakes Plus completed a free inspection and confirmed only the rear needed to be replaced. They booked my appointment for today (Monday) and it only took 2 hours! The fees were much lower than what I was quoted at the dealership and they had a coupon on their website they allowed me to use. Service was friendly! I’ll definitely be going back for any future needs they handle!

I came in to get my brakes checked, and I had a really great experience thanks to Amy and Daniel. Amy was especially awesome, she took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my brakes and rotors, walked me through the pricing, and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciated how honest and transparent she was. It never felt like she was trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary, she genuinely cared about my safety and making sure I got what I needed. Daniel was also helpful and made the experience smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and customer-focused service.

This shop gave better pricing and attention to detail than other shops I went to for brakes. Amy (front desk) was extremely patient with my wanting to know all of my options and all of the price points. Gavin (mechanic) did a great job with getting my rotors and pads replaced in a timely manner. Definitely will be back when I inevitably need brake work done again. Thank you!

I had such a great experience at Brakes Plus! My brakes were completely metal on metal, and I had no idea. Amy at the front was incredibly communicative, genuine, and kind from the moment I walked in. She kept me updated the entire time and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. Daniel in the shop took care of my brakes quickly and efficiently, and I’m so grateful for how fast they were able to get me back on the road safely. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this team if you need honest, helpful, and efficient service!
